"BLAZE" is a high-precision machining sample production kit for NC machine tools. Using the included small-diameter cutting tools, it drills three holes in a 3x3 pattern on the test piece, detecting the position and diameter deviations of the holes. It can sense not only "setting deviation" and "rotational deviation," but also the "true deviation" that occurs during cutting processes.
